We are always looking for talented and inspiring native speaking teachers to join the Linguajoy Family! If your teaching experience and qualifications meets our needs, we will:
- Set up a primary recruitment interview
- Followed by a demo lesson hosted by an experienced teacher and Linguajoy supervisor with feedback to the candidate
- After this, the onboarding process provides you with the chance to observe an array of real classes at our language clubs and get trained into our curriculum and methods
New teachers are always supported in the beginning of their classes by an experienced teacher to ensure that teachers and students have a great learning experience. Kindly note: a criminal record background certificate will be required from employees working with children as well as a work permit. You may also apply for a traineeship (työharjoittelu, työkokeilu, oppisopimus, päättötyö) at Linguajoy!
